Vehicle: is Fuel Consumption Enabled

Checks if the vehicles fuel consumption has been disabled or not.

Used in: VCMod Main addon.

Shared Entity Vehicle:VC_isFuelConsumptionEnabled()

Returns

1. Boolean Vehicles fuel consumption enabled/disabled.
